Based in the South West but covering the UK we are a specialist independent town planning consultancy. The owner, Helen Ruffle is a Chartered Town Planner with over 25 years of experience working in both public and private sectors in both urban and rural areas gaining a wide range of experiences in many aspects of Town Planning from initial site appraisal through to construction and with project management experience.
We provide planning services to clients across all sectors to assist in realising development potential and optimising the use of land, buildings and portfolios.
Our strong client focus places emphasis on adding value, innovation, professionalism and providing solutions to achieve a successful outcome.

Our site appraisal and feasibility study is aimed at developers, landowners and commercial property owners. We will appraise your site or building to see if what you want to do is policy compliant and to assess constraints so that we can de-risk your planning application.
